You can make banana ice cream all year round. Paired with condensed milk, they make an excellent flavor duo. But, if you want something less sweet and refreshing, try making ice cream with peaches or oranges. Combine fruits and berries. The most successful thing is a banana with strawberries or wild strawberries. Just two ingredients, literally 10 minutes of your time, and your homemade treat is ready! All you have to do is wait for it to freeze in the freezer. But, if you used frozen fruit, you can eat it right away! The result is soft, delicious ice cream!

If you are using frozen fruit, you do not need to defrost it. If you bought fresh ones, rinse them thoroughly and dry them with paper towels.

Some fruits, for example pears, apples, peaches, are best peeled, seeds and seeds removed. And only then cut the pulp into arbitrary pieces.

Place the prepared fruits in the bowl of a food processor or blender, pour in condensed milk with sugar, add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Grind the prepared ingredients with a food processor or blender into a puree. You should get a homogeneous thick mass. You will need about 2-3 minutes, maybe a little more.

Place the ice cream in a clean and dry container prepared in advance. Cover with a lid or cling film and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours. No need to stir.

If you used frozen fruits or berries, you can serve the dessert immediately after preparation, like soft ice cream. Garnish with fresh fruit or berries.
