Prepare a baking dish as in the video recipe. Separate the whites from the yolks.
Heat oil in a saucepan over low heat. The oil should be slightly warm. Add flour with cocoa (through a sieve) and salt to the butter. Then the yolks. Mix. Add milk in 2 additions. Stir so that there are no lumps.
Beat the whites until fluffy foam. Add sugar in 3 additions, beating well each time. Add 2 tablespoons of egg whites to the chocolate mixture and stir from bottom to top. Then add the entire chocolate mixture to the egg whites. Mix from bottom to top. Pour into mold. Place the mold in another bowl and pour hot water onto 1-2 fingers. Bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees on the bottom shelf.
