Instead of sugar, we recommend using liquid stevia or any other substitutes. Please note that this herb has a peculiar taste that you need to get used to, but it does not increase blood sugar levels and is suitable for diabetics. We will add a little cocoa to the creamy mass. The result is a dessert with the aroma of chocolate. But you can also diversify the taste with various nuts, berries, fruits and chocolate. The main thing is that it tastes good!

Prepare all the ingredients according to the list for making keto cream ice cream. Place the cream in the freezer in advance and leave it there for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the cream from the freezer, pour into a tall bowl and beat at maximum speed until it forms soft peaks (that is, until it has doubled in volume).
Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanillin to the cream and mix with a mixer or blender at low speed until smooth.
Stevia and erythritol can be used as a sweetener; erythritol mixed with stevia; allulose or xylitol. Choose any one according to your taste.
Transfer the resulting mass into a tall container, level it, cover with a lid and put it in the freezer. It will take about 5-6 hours for the mass to freeze.
To make ice cream, you can use a special device - an ice cream maker. Or, every 30 minutes, take out the ice cream and beat it with a blender.
Make balls of ice cream, place in ice cream bowls and garnish with chopped nuts. Walnuts or pecans go best with chocolate dessert.
