Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Melt the butter until liquid (you can do it in the oven).

Wash and peel the potatoes. Using a slicer or mandoline, cut into 0.5 mm slices. Wash the greens, dry them, separate the leaves. You can use any you like: parsley, dill, basil, thyme, arugula - whatever you like, use your imagination.

Place parchment on a baking sheet. Place potato slices on parchment paper and brush with melted butter. On top is a leaf of greenery. Cover with the second slice and brush with melted butter again. Bake for 25 minutes.
