1. Add sugar and yeast to warm milk. Stir and leave for 5 minutes. Mix flour and salt. Add milk mixture to flour. Mix everything with a spoon. Add soft butter and mix everything well with a spoon. Cover with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should double in size.
2. Filling: peeled plums and apples, cut into small cubes. Melt 1 tsp butter in a saucepan, add fruit and sugar (adjust sugar depending on the sweetness of your fruit). Cook over low heat until all the liquid has evaporated. It took me 30 minutes. You can add cinnamon.
3. Knead the dough slightly and divide into 10 parts. Form each into a ball, roll out, lay out the filling (2 tsp) and seal the edges. Place on baking paper. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then grease with yolk and 1 tbsp. l milk. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until golden.
