Serves:
Rice white boiled - 4 tbsp
Fresh champignons - 5 pc
Bulb onions - 1 pc
pickled cucumber - 1 pc
Chicken egg - 1 pc
Mayonnaise Light - 2 tbsp

First boil the rice until tender, boil the eggs. Cool everything down. Dice the mushrooms and onions, fry them all together until the liquid evaporates. Salt to taste. Salad is assembled in layers. The first layer - rice and a little mayonnaise.

The second layer - fried mushrooms with onions and a little mayonnaise.

The third layer is a boiled egg, grated and a little mayonnaise.

The fourth layer is finely chopped pickled cucumbers. Decorate to your liking with lemon, herbs, and yolk.
