Cucumber, radish, and cottage cheese salad is a light, fresh, and very tasty summer dish that can be prepared in minutes. Thanks to the combination of crunchy cucumber, spicy radish, and delicate cottage cheese, it is perfect for both everyday lunch and a festive table. For the recipe, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content, it can be pasty or granular, depending on your taste. This salad is seasoned, of course, with sour cream, which goes perfectly with cottage cheese. This fragrant salad is very easy to prepare and turns out original and nutritious!

Wash the cucumbers and trim the ends. Cut the vegetables into half-rings of medium thickness and transfer to a deep bowl.
Wash the radishes, trim the ends, and cut the vegetables into thin half-rings. Add the radishes to the cucumbers.
Add cottage cheese to the salad. I used the curd.
For aroma, add garlic passed through a press to the salad. Wash green onions and dill, chop finely, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Dress the salad with sour cream of medium fat content. Salt the ingredients to taste, season with ground black pepper.
Stir the salad so that all the ingredients are combined.
Salad with cucumber, radish and cottage cheese is ready!
