Appetizing, juicy, and tender chicken cutlets - what could be tastier for a family dinner? Today I want to share with you an original recipe for cutlets with hard cheese in waffle sheets. Thanks to the thin plates of waffle dough, the juice is well preserved in the cutlets. It turns out very tasty, resembling both a cutlet with an appetizing golden crust and a cheburek. It is very easy to prepare cutlets in waffle sheets, the main thing is to choose the right meat. Since chicken fillet cooks very quickly, we will use it. You can also take turkey fillet or beef. Pork takes longer to cook, so it is better to leave it for other recipes.

Chicken parm - 350 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Waffle cakes - 50 g
Chicken eggs C1 - 2 pcs.
Onion - 1 pcs.
Garlic - 2 clove
Refined sunflower oil - 75 ml
Spice mixture: dried garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika - ½ tsp.
Ground black pepper - ⅕ tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Dill fresh - ½ bunch

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it from excess moisture, clean it from fat and films. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces, transfer to a blender bowl. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into large pieces, add together with the garlic to the chicken fillet.
Grind the ingredients into a smooth mince using a blender or a meat grinder with a fine grate.
Transfer the minced meat to a deep dish, add 1 chicken egg.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, add to the minced meat.
For aroma, add finely chopped dill to the resulting mixture. Salt the minced meat to taste, season with your favorite spices.
Mix the meat filling for cutlets until smooth.
Spread 1 tablespoon of minced meat on each waffle cake, smoothing it over the entire surface. Cover the chicken mince with a second waffle cake, pressing the blank slightly so that it holds its shape. Form all the cutlets; I made 12 products from the specified amount of ingredients.
Whisk a chicken egg with a fork with a pinch of salt and black ground pepper.
Dip the brisol into the beaten egg so that it is completely covered with it.
Place the chicken fillet cutlets in a frying pan with preheated refined oil.
Fry the cutlets in waffle crusts over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Place the finished products on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve chicken patties in waffle crusts hot or chilled.
The dish can be complemented with your favorite side dish, fresh salad, or pickled vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
