Serves:
Pumpkin - 600 g
Carrot - 200 g
Bulb onions - 150 g
Potato - 300 g
Salt - 5 g
Refined vegetable oil - 70 g
Water - 1300 g

Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron and heat. Then cut all the vegetables into random shapes.

Place onions and carrots in the hot oil. Fry until golden.

Then add pumpkin and potatoes to the onions and carrots. To fill with water. Cook for 40 minutes. until fully prepared. Bring to taste with salt and sugar.

Remove from the stove and blend with a blender so that there are no lumps. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds when serving.
