Serves:
chickpeas - 200 g
Spinach - 90 g
Salt - 2 g
Ground white pepper - 2 g
Nutmeg - 1 g
Garlic - 1 clove

Mix all ingredients and whiz until smooth in a food processor or with a blender.

Divide the mixture into four cutlets and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment.

Place in the oven for 12 minutes at 180°C.
