Thanks to the thin plates of waffle dough, the juice is well preserved in the cutlets. It turns out very tasty, resembling both a cutlet with an appetizing golden crust and a cheburek. It is very easy to prepare cutlets in waffle sheets, the main thing is to choose the right meat. Since chicken fillet cooks very quickly, we will use it. You can also take turkey fillet or beef. Pork takes longer to cook, so it is better to leave it for other recipes.
