Apricot - 1 kg
Sugar - 1 kg

Wash the apricots, remove the pips and put them in the pot in which we will cook them. Water the apricots with lemon juice, brandy, add 100 grams of sugar. Leave for a few hours to infuse.

Put the pot with apricots on the fire and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes until softened. Pour in the remaining 900 grams of sugar - wait until it dissolves completely, bring to a boil and cook over high heat to the desired thickness for about 20 minutes.

We fill our amber jam into jars. Let stand until completely cool, covering the top with a lid or napkin. Now you can seal the jars and send the jam for storage.
