Today I will tell you how to make delicious and fluffy pizza quickly and with minimal effort. For the yeast dough, you only need to mix all the ingredients until smooth. Then, just spread the dough on a baking sheet, smear it with sauce, and add your favorite toppings. This time, I used smoked sausages, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, and mozzarella for the topping. You can change the composition of the ingredients based on your taste preferences. The dough turns out soft and airy, and the juicy topping with melted cheese complements it perfectly.

In a deep dish, mix warm water and 2 chicken eggs.
Add sugar, salt and dry yeast. Mix the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
Pour odorless oil into the pizza dough. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
In several stages, add sifted wheat flour to the dough, mixing the ingredients to a homogeneous mixture each time.
The result should be a fairly liquid yeast dough.
Using a silicone spatula, spread the dough in an even layer on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, garlic pressed through a press, and a mixture of dried Italian herbs.
Pour in the soy sauce.
Mix the sauce until smooth.
Spread the pizza base with the ready-made sauce.
Prepare the ingredients for the filling. Cut the smoked sausages and tomatoes into half rings, and the bell pepper and onion into quarter rings.
Spread the filling over the sauce.
Place the pizza on liquid dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
When the dough is fully baked, carefully remove the pizza from the oven. Sprinkle it with grated mozzarella and return it to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Garnish the ready liquid dough pizza with parsley greens.
Cut the tender and fragrant pizza into portions and serve hot.
