Let's start with preparation! Prepare all the necessary ingredients for your tartare. Then, cut the salchichon into small cubes, about 0.5 cm. Thoroughly wash the shallots and take the capers out of the jar. Finely chop the onion and capers so that they are evenly distributed in the taste of the tartare.
The secret to flavor is in the mixing! In a bowl, gently combine sliced salchichón, grainy mustard, capers, and minced shallots. Season with black pepper to taste and add 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly so that the ingredients combine evenly and form a single flavor composition.
Time for presentation! Place a serving ring on a plate (if you don't have a ring, you can use a regular tin can with the bottom cut out). Place the tartare inside the ring and gently compact it with a spoon to give it a beautiful shape.
