In a shaker filled with 5-6 ice cubes, combine whiskey, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to chill the drink and perfectly combine the ingredients.
Prepare a rocks glass, adding 2-3 ice cubes to it. Using a strainer, carefully strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass to separate the ice and obtain a clean, refreshing drink.
The most important moment! Holding a cocktail spoon with the back facing up over the surface of the cocktail, slowly and carefully pour in the Cabernet Sauvignon. Try to keep the spoon as close to the edge of the glass as possible so that the wine spreads smoothly over the surface, forming a beautiful and clear top layer.
