Take a whole head of garlic, wrap it in foil, and let it simmer on the grill for 25 minutes, until it becomes soft and fragrant. Let it cool slightly before unwrapping the foil.
Take 3-4 cloves of baked garlic, gently squeeze them out of the skin and place them in a glass of an immersion blender. Add narsharab sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and a pinch of sugar. Whisk everything together until a homogeneous, appetizing consistency is obtained.
