Start cooking by squeezing the lime juice. In a bowl, mix the krill meat with the juice of half a lime and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the krill to absorb the flavors.
Prepare the vegetables: fry the corn on the cob in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil until golden brown, then cut off the kernels. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumbers. Slice one avocado and sprinkle with lime juice, and cut the onion into thin half-rings.
Assemble the salad: in a salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, krill meat, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, avocado, and onion. Dress the salad with avocado dressing and mix gently. Serve immediately to preserve the freshness and flavor of the ingredients.
Prepare the sauce: in a blender, combine the second avocado, garlic, parsley, dill, Greek yogurt, 4 tbsp. olive oil, the juice of the remaining half of the lime, and a little water. Add salt and pepper to taste, and blend until smooth.
