Whip the cream, sugar, and eggs until a thick mixture forms. Add salt, baking soda, and condensed milk. Whip again for a minute to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Place the dough in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Check the cake for readiness with a toothpick: it should come out dry.
