Gather all the necessary ingredients and utensils. Wash and dry the chicken eggs thoroughly. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so it can soften. Prepare a pot, saucepan, mixer, and bowl.
Fill a saucepan about halfway with water and place it on the stove. Wait for the water to boil to create a double boiler.
Carefully crack the eggs into a saucepan. Add sugar, sour cream, and flour. Whisk all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
