First, thaw the shrimp and peel them if necessary. Then, thoroughly wash and peel the garlic. Prepare all the necessary kitchen utensils: a bowl, plastic wrap, a baking sheet, and parchment paper.
Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and generously sprinkle them with seafood seasoning. Mix thoroughly to ensure each shrimp is evenly coated with the aromatic spices.
Cover the bowl of shrimp with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow them to marinate thoroughly. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the shrimp in a single layer. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the shrimp for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Once the shrimp are cooked, arrange them on a large, attractive platter. Pour the prepared sauces into separate bowls and serve them alongside the fragrant baked seafood. Enjoy your meal!
