Rinse the green buckwheat thoroughly. Prepare a bowl and a pot for further cooking.
Place the buckwheat groats in a bowl and pour cold water over them until the grains are completely submerged. Let the buckwheat soak for 6-8 hours to ensure optimal softening.
Carefully drain the water from the bowl of buckwheat, then thoroughly rinse the grains once more. Transfer them to a saucepan and add 2 cups of cool water.
Place the pot of buckwheat on low heat and cover it with a lid. Wait for the water to boil, then cook the groats for 5-7 minutes without removing the lid to preserve all the flavors.
Add the frozen vegetable mix to the pot with the buckwheat. Stir and bring the porridge to a boil uncovered. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the grains and vegetables have fully absorbed all the liquid, creating a perfect consistency.
Remove the pot from the heat and cover it tightly. Let the dish rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop. Then, stir in the salt and flaxseed oil, mixing thoroughly. Serve and savor every bite!
Before serving, generously sprinkle the green buckwheat with vegetables with white and black sesame seeds. To add freshness and visual appeal, garnish the dish with thin cucumber slices and delicate mint leaves.
