Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make these wonderful cupcakes. Wash the eggs thoroughly, and be sure to sift the flour through a sieve to make it airy. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to soften. Pour boiling water over the raisins to make them juicier. Prepare cupcake molds and a whisk.
