In a deep bowl, combine the baked milk, baking soda, honey, chicory, and soy milk. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
Gradually incorporate the sifted flour into the liquid mixture. To achieve a perfectly smooth batter free of lumps, we recommend using a mixer.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil, then carefully pour the prepared batter into it.
Place the paska in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 50 minutes. While the paska cools, prepare the glaze: combine coconut sugar and coconut oil, melt over low heat until smooth, then add food coloring. Pour the glaze over the cooled paska and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
