Prepare all ingredients: sift the flour, and take products out of the refrigerator in advance so they reach room temperature. Thoroughly wash the eggs and berries.
Cut the finished pie into individual slices and serve with freshly brewed tea or aromatic coffee, savoring each tender piece.
Combine the butter and flour, rubbing them together until fine crumbs form. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then firmly press it into a mold, creating neat edges. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
To prepare the filling, combine the sour cream with cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Pour this mixture onto the prepared dough and evenly distribute the berries on top. Bake the pie in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
