First, take all the ingredients out of the refrigerator in advance so they can reach room temperature. Sift the flour thoroughly. Wash and dry the blueberries. Prepare the baking pan so everything is ready for the magic.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a separate bowl, combine the blueberries with sugar and starch. Spread this fragrant filling evenly over the dough. From the reserved piece of dough, form thin strips and arrange them decoratively over the pie, creating a lattice. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve the pie warm or chilled, sliced into portions. For an extra treat, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each slice. Enjoy this summer dessert!
Rub the flour and butter together until crumbly. Then, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, the egg yolk, and a couple of spoons of water. Knead the dough until smooth and uniform, form it into a ball, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let it rest.
