Serviceberry, visually similar to blueberries, is an excellent choice for pies and pastries. It's sweet with a tart tang. Its flavor resembles blueberries, though it's sometimes compared to cherries or even raisins. In any case, use it as a filling, whether fresh or frozen. Any dough will work, but yeast-based pastries will turn out soft, tender, and airy.

First, sift the flour to make it airy. Then, thoroughly wash and dry the serviceberries.
Warm the milk until it's lukewarm. Pour in the vegetable oil, add salt and sugar, then mix thoroughly.
Combine the flour with the yeast, mix thoroughly, and then add this mixture to the milk base.
Roll out each portion of dough into a thin, round disc. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of berries in the center of each disc.
Carefully pinch the edges of the dough together, shaping the pastries into your desired form. Ensure the dough is tightly sealed to prevent the filling from leaking out during baking. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Transfer the prepared pastries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Allow the pastries to cool slightly after baking, then serve them with hot tea and enjoy the homemade treat.
Knead a soft and pliable dough. Form it into a ball, place it in a bowl, and cover it with a cloth towel. Leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour, allowing the dough to double or triple in volume.
Dust your table with flour. Place the risen dough on it and divide it into 6 equal portions.
Sprinkle the berries with sugar, trying to distribute it evenly throughout the filling.
