Prepare all ingredients: thoroughly wash the meat and vegetables. Peel the onions, carrots, and potatoes. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper. Get a cauldron ready for further cooking.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Pour a little oil into a cauldron and fry the potatoes over high heat for 3 minutes, then transfer them to a plate. Cut the carrots into large sticks. Fry them for a couple of minutes, then add the coarsely chopped onion. Fry for another 4 minutes, then transfer to the potatoes.
Add a little more oil to the cauldron. Cut the eggplant into large cubes, and the bell pepper into large strips. Fry them together for a couple of minutes, then transfer them to a plate.
Cut the meat into medium pieces and place them in a cauldron. Fry the meat until almost done. Then add all the previously fried vegetables, sprinkle with salt and spices. Carefully mix and simmer until the meat and vegetables are fully cooked.
