Prepare the ingredients: thoroughly wash the chicken fillet and zucchini. Don't forget to rinse and pat dry the fresh parsley.
Dice the chicken fillet into medium cubes, and the zucchini into neat quarter-moon slices. Fry the chicken until it has an appetizing golden crust, seasoning with salt and pepper at the very end of cooking.
Add the sliced zucchini to the chicken in the pan. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Then add the sunflower seeds and continue to fry for another 3 minutes, until they turn a light golden color and become fragrant.
