Gather all the required ingredients and prepare your mixer, baking sheet, and parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 100°C.
Pour the egg whites into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and whisk until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the vanilla into the egg white foam. Then, while continuing to whisk, gradually incorporate the powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
At the end of whipping, pour the vinegar into the egg white mixture and mix thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the meringue mixture onto the paper, forming small mounds. Bake the meringues in a preheated oven for 1.5-2 hours.
Once the meringues have completely cooled, arrange them on a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
