Wash and peel the zucchini. Wash the tomato, chicken egg, and dill.
Boil a chicken egg hard for 8 minutes after the water comes to a boil. Cool it in cold water and peel the shell.
Grate the chicken egg and cheese on a medium grater.
Dice the tomato into small cubes. Mince the dill.
Combine the egg, cheese, tomato, dill, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the zucchini over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Spread the filling evenly over the roasted zucchini halves.
Serve the zucchini boats with a creamy sauce.
