Start by thoroughly washing the vegetables and peeling the garlic. Prepare a pot for boiling, a grater for shredding, and a salad bowl for mixing the ingredients.
Place the beets in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook the beets for 40 minutes after they come to a boil. Then, let them cool and carefully peel them.
Mince the garlic by pressing it through a garlic press. Grate the boiled beetroot on a fine grater to achieve a delicate texture.
