First, sift the flour to make it airy. Then, prepare a mixer and a pancake pan – you'll need them to create perfect pancakes.
In a deep bowl, combine the milk with the egg and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth. This forms the base of your pancake batter.
Now, add salt, sugar, and sifted flour to the milk and egg mixture. Pour in half a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Thoroughly mix all ingredients to achieve a smooth, lump-free batter.
Heat a pancake griddle over high heat, then grease it with vegetable oil. Reduce the heat to medium. Pour a small amount of batter onto the griddle and quickly spread it into a thin layer by tilting the pan from side to side. Cook the pancakes for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
