Gently lift the free edges of the dough and fold them over the berries, forming a rim. Sprinkle the filling with additional sugar. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown. Before serving, allow the pie to cool for 20-30 minutes so it can set and its flavors can fully develop.
