This pizza is the perfect choice for a light summer dinner or a sophisticated appetizer. The caramelized pears lend a delightful sweetness, while the creamy ricotta cheese and crunchy hazelnuts perfectly balance the flavors, making the dish both satisfying and harmonious. We've added seedless grapes, preferably green, to introduce a subtle tartness that perfectly complements the overall flavor profile.

Prepare all the ingredients: sift the flour, thoroughly wash and dry the mint, nuts, and grapes. Wash the pear as well. Get your blender and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper ready, so everything is within reach.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, about 5 mm thick. Preheat the oven to 230°C. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Evenly distribute the grapes over the dough and sprinkle with nut crumble. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Crumble the ricotta into small pieces with a fork. Separate the mint leaves. Arrange the fried pear slices on the prepared pizza base. Then, evenly distribute the ricotta pieces and garnish with fresh mint.
Serve this delightful pizza hot, savoring every slice with your favorite beverages.
Combine the water and milk, then warm the mixture to a comfortable temperature of 30-35 °C. Gently dissolve the yeast in this liquid. Afterward, incorporate the olive oil, salt, and sugar, stirring thoroughly until well combined.
Gradually incorporate the flour, adding it in small portions and mixing thoroughly each time to prevent lumps. Knead into an elastic and smooth dough. Form it into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes to rise. Meanwhile, grind the nuts in a blender until they form coarse crumbs.
While the pizza base is baking, slice the pear into thin pieces. Melt butter in a pan, add the pear, and sprinkle with sugar. Sauté the pear for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly caramelized.
