Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Thoroughly wash the pears, then carefully peel them and remove the core with the seeds. Cut the pear flesh into small cubes or elegant slices.
Thoroughly wash the orange and dry it with a towel. Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the citrus. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon; you will need 50 ml.
Pour 50 ml of water into a large saucepan, add the prepared pears, and bring to a boil over low heat. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes until the pears are soft and tender.
Remove the pot from the heat and blend the fruit until smooth and lump-free. If you don't have a blender, mash the pears through a sieve.
Return the pot to the stove, add sugar to the puree, and bring it to a boil. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the jam from burning and to achieve the desired consistency.
Cook the jam for about 35-50 minutes. A few minutes before it's done, add the orange zest, lemon juice, and cinnamon, then stir thoroughly. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly with lids.
