Begin by preparing the bell peppers: slice each pepper lengthwise, carefully removing all seeds and membranes. Then, season the halves with salt and pepper, and brush them with one tablespoon of olive oil. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature and place the peppers cut-side down. Grill them for 5–7 minutes until the cut surfaces are lightly charred, then flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes until they are perfectly tender and fragrant.
Transfer the prepared peppers to an attractive serving dish and generously drizzle with half of the sauce. Let them rest for about 5 minutes to allow them to lightly marinate and absorb all the flavors. Then, place delicate stracciatella on each pepper, add the remaining sauce, and complete the dish by sprinkling with crispy dried onions and finely chopped fresh herbs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
