Indulge in a world of tenderness with this dessert, a sweeter and richer version of panna cotta. Instead of traditional cream, condensed milk is used here, giving the dessert a unique flavor and dense texture. The setting time depends on the quality of the gelatin, but for ideal results, it's recommended to leave it in the refrigerator overnight to enjoy this delightful treat in the morning.

Gather all the necessary ingredients and prepare them in advance. Measure the exact quantity of each product. Prepare a mixer or a hand whisk, as well as individual molds or tall glasses in which your dessert will set.
Pour half a glass of cold milk over the gelatin and let it swell. Carefully place the egg yolks and condensed milk into a saucepan, then add the fragrant vanilla. Gradually pour in the remaining milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Mix all the ingredients and place the saucepan over low heat. Heat the mixture, without bringing it to a boil, until it is warm and uniform.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately add the bloomed gelatin. Stir thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into individual molds or glasses. Allow the dessert to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate it for at least 8 hours to set completely.
Before serving, garnish the finished dessert with fresh berries to add a vibrant touch and extra freshness. Enjoy this delicate and fragrant treat!
