Prepare delicious homemade milk sausages that are much tastier and healthier than store-bought! We chose chicken to make the sausages lean, and thanks to the addition of cream, they will be incredibly juicy, without the dryness inherent in chicken meat. An ideal choice for those who appreciate naturalness and delicate taste.

First, thoroughly rinse and pat dry the chicken fillet, then carefully remove any membranes and veins. Don't forget to wash the eggs and peel the onion. Prepare a meat grinder, cling film, kitchen twine, and a saucepan so that everything is at hand.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, then pass them through a meat grinder or blend until smooth.
Cut the onion into several pieces and mince it the same way you did the chicken. Add the minced onion to the meat.
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, then add the egg to it. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Grate the cheese finely and add it to the minced meat. Pour in the cream and mix very thoroughly once more, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cut a sheet of plastic wrap into squares. Place a small amount of minced meat on each square. Carefully roll up the film, forming a "candy," and tie the ends tightly with culinary twine.
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Submerge the sausages in the boiling water and cook them for about 10 minutes until done.
Once the sausages are cooked, carefully remove their casings and serve. They pair wonderfully with a portion of spaghetti. To complete the dish and add a touch of freshness, garnish with finely chopped dill.
