Prepare all the necessary ingredients: thoroughly wash and dry the tomatoes and egg, peel the garlic. Get a pot, colander, frying pan, blender, grater, and baking dish ready.
Fill a pot with water, add salt to taste, and bring it to a boil on the stove.
Carefully add the pasta to the boiling water. Cook them for 3 minutes less than indicated on the package, so they remain slightly undercooked (al dente).
Drain the cooked pasta in a colander to remove excess liquid. Let them dry slightly so they are not too wet.
Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and fry until golden brown, stirring constantly.
Blend the tomatoes into a puree. Pour the resulting tomato sauce into the pan with the fried minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta and chicken egg. Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the cheese and egg mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Combine the pasta with tomato sauce and minced meat. Spread half of the pasta mixture into the dish. Evenly distribute half of the cheese and egg mixture, made from ricotta, egg, and garlic, over the top.
Spread the remaining pasta with minced meat, then top with the rest of the ricotta.
Grate the hard cheese and generously sprinkle it over the casserole. Place the dish in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until a golden crust forms.
Cut the finished casserole into serving pieces. Arrange them on a plate and serve warm, savoring each fragrant bite.
