Baked mushroom caps with garlic - a balanced recipe featuring the following ingredients: medium-sized button mushrooms, onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and salt (25 minutes, 535 kcal).

Prepare the mushrooms: carefully separate the caps from the stems. Finely chop the stems and place the caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the chopped mushroom stems and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix the filling thoroughly.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared filling. Lightly brush them with the remaining olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
