We wash mushrooms, pumpkin and cheremsha. Cut the mushrooms in half, the pumpkin into thin strips (it is convenient to do this with a vegetable peeler).
Lightly fry the mushrooms in 10 g of oil
Add cheremshi, cook over high heat for 3 minutes, reduce heat and cook for 3-7 minutes (until cheremshi is soft)
Add pumpkin, mix, pour soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes on fire without a lid, then 3-7 minutes on medium heat, until the pumpkin is soft.
We turn it off, leave it under the lid for 10 minutes - it's done!
