However, the preparation method is reminiscent of the one used for cinnamon rolls: the dough is rolled into a log and then cut into large slices. In the end, the finished cheesecakes are covered with sour cream topping, which vaguely resembles the final stage of making cinnamon rolls, where they are liberally coated with cream cheese icing.
