They have a gentle laxative effect and beneficially influence the intestinal microflora, slowing down the aging process of our body. Polyunsaturated fatty acids in flax and high potassium concentration improve heart function and the circulatory system as a whole. One could talk about rye sourdough for a long time, but it is better to try these unusual pancakes yourself.

Dissolve rye sourdough in cold milk. Add water. Put flaxseed flour and whole wheat flour in a container. Stir the dough. Add an egg and put in a warm place. For 4 hours.
Peel the apple. Chatter lightly. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan. Lubricate with oil. Pour in the batter and add the apple slices.
This dough does not develop gluten. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to flip pancakes.
Alternatively, you can bake without baking (apples), and just add them to ready-made pancakes.
