Sort the buckwheat and rinse several times. Add chia seeds to it. Fill with water at room temperature.
Place in cooling oven. It can be otherwise if you do not use the oven. Pour boiling water over raw chia groats. Wrap and hide in a warm place. It is possible under a mattress, a feather bed, a pillow.
