Beat the egg mass with sugar with a mixer at maximum speed until the mass becomes white and in structure looks like whipped meringue protein. Next, mix in the flour, embedding it in the mass with a spoon (the mixer is no longer needed). Flour can be sifted, but I'm too lazy.
We throw honeysuckle or other berries into the finished dough. If the berries are mixed into the dough, they will be mainly at the bottom of the biscuit (descending). Grease the mold with oil.
