Cut fresh pumpkin into cubes. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Grind cardamom grains in a mortar if using whole ones.
Put the pumpkin in a hot oven to bake, you only need 5-8 minutes. I go by smell. You can decide when to take out. The less the pumpkin is cooked, the more vitamins it retains.
