A colorful salad, full of Mediterranean aromas and freshness with a nutty flavor and lime sauce. Beautifully served in avocado cups. It will be pleasant during the winter period when it is cold and freezing outside.

Cut a ripe avocado lengthwise, carefully remove the pulp without damaging the skin. Grind the pulp and add to the vegetables.

Prepare lime sauce. To do this, mix half a clove of garlic with thyme, herbs de Provence and lime and / or lemon juice, add Dijon mustard, lime and / or lemon zest, beat the mixture until smooth. Pour in the olive oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly.

Mix lime sauce with vegetables. Start cups of avocado. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
