Maybe this is a well-known dish, but I discovered it for myself yesterday and decided to make it. The kids liked it. For me, it's something between pancakes and an omelette. I added chocolate and five-minute apple jam to some of the pancakes. That was quite interesting too. Served with condensed milk and mashed strawberries. Enjoy your meal :)

Mix flour, milk, yolks, melted butter, sugar and salt with a mixer.
