Cut the chicken liver into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the brisket into small strips.

Put butter in a frying pan or saucepan and fry the onion until a pleasant golden color. Add the brisket to the onion and fry.

Add the chicken liver to the onion and fry until half done.

Add sour cream and season to taste: salt, ground pepper. Simmer over low heat until done.
