Wash the apple and eggs, grind the sweetener tablets into powder.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Remove the peel from the apple.

Slice a piece of apple into the bottom of a baking dish.

Grate the rest of the apple.

Mix all ingredients except lingonberries.

Put the curd mass on the apple plates in a ceramic mold. Top with frozen or fresh cranberries. Put to bake in a well-heated oven at 230 degrees. For 15-20 minutes.
